Roll & Bounce definitely goes above and beyond! I had great communication with Seth from start to finish over spring break. We surprised my daughters with the bounce house/ water slide duo for a full day of fun in the sun and they had a great time with their friends. Seth was accommodating and timely with the set up/ take down, pricing was reasonable, and the quality of the bounce house was great. We will order again over the summer!

He was very professional and answered all my questions in a timely manner plus worked with us upon arrival/ set up as we didn't have power at that time and was very understanding! We rented the purple palace combo for our "End of Cheer Camp" celebration and the girls had the BEST time!!!! Seth was super flexible and accommodating to when we needed the bounce house/slide & was super quick setting up and breaking it down. Definitely going to be using Roll & Bounce again!

We rented the 18ft water slide from Roll & Bounce for my son's 4th birthday party, and it was a huge hit with all the kids! I was a little worried about the weather at first since it stormed earlier in the day, but luckily it cleared up in time. Seth was fantastic—very communicative and polite throughout the whole process. He made everything easy and stress-free. I would absolutely use Roll & Bounce again in the future and highly recommend them for any party or event!

Absolutely the best company to rent from! It did not matter what time of day I messaged, my questions were answered almost immediately. Booking and paying was painless and very easy to keep track of. They have so many options to choose from. I rented the bounce house slide combo and everyone loved it! The owner Seth is very polite, efficient, and punctual. "Everything about this experience was awesome! Clear communication, follows through with what they say! The Bounce house was dropped off pretty early and set up amazingly. They took the wind that day into account, since it was pretty windy it was a concern. We had zero issues all day! The kids had an amazing time. Pick up went just as smooth as drop off. We will definitely be back!"

Seth worked with my Church’s very last minute order and was super professional the entire time. He ran into an unfortunate situation with his truck that day and called me with more than enough time to inform me he was only a slight hour behind schedule and still managed to make it on time and set everything up for Vacation Bible School, on one of the hottest days on record, Seth’s work ethic and drive made it possible that the kids got to have a party without any interruptions. This is my second year using them and I will forever recommend them and use them for future events.
